Are you a Project Coordinator with experience supporting a large complex project within a formal Project Management Office (PMO)?  

Great opportunity to join a leader in the Australian finance industry and support a large Salesforce implementation project. You'll be joining a large established PMO with history delivering business and technology projects based on both Agile and Prince2 models. 

Your core responsibilities will be to support the PM and project team to prepare agendas, minutes, manage issues/risks and RAID logs, maintain project schedules, assist manage project financials, governance, develop reporting including steering committee packs, resource scheduling, new starter on-boarding prep and all manner of project communications. 

Measure of success:
  • 3-4 years in Project Analyst/Project Coordinator roles
  • Great project management discipline Prince2 or PMBOK certifications highly regarded 
  • Experience working with Agile environments
  • Strong MS Project Schedule skills and experience with Sharepoint to manage project communication  
  • Great collaborator and communicator - ability to hold your own in project workshops and with senior steering committees
  • Ability to operate autonomously and act independently 
  • Any experience working in finance or government regulatory driven projects and dealing with senior level stakeholders highly regarded
  • Any experience with Salesforce (hands-on or on implementation projects) highly regarded.
