The successful candidate will have strong project administrative experience, exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail and will contribute to the overall project delivery by supporting Program Managers and the PMO Manager in the day to day coordination of project activities. 

Essential Criteria
* Minimum 3 years previous administration/team coordination experience ideally within IT PMO team; 
* Previous experience coordinating recruitment and selection process 
* Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills 
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
* Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation and time management skills. 
* Advanced problem solving abilities 
* Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities of the Program 
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 
* Previous experience in NSW government agencies 

Desirable Experience 
* Clarity for reporting 
* TRIM for document management 
* Sharepoint
