We have an urgent requirement for a highly motivated Project Coordinator (Deployment) to join our dedicated client, a large FMCG company, for an initial 6-month contract.

The aim of the Deployment analyst is to support the Deployment Team in maintaining the Deployment plans, with particular focus on status reporting, managing the MS Project Plan, working closely with Project team members to ensure the tasks are completed as per the Project Plans.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work closely with and actively support the Deployment Team and wider program teams as required
  • Prepare status reports and other reporting for the Deployment team and wider program teams as required
  • Maintain the live Project Plans during the Deployment Phases of the program
  • Working closely with the program team members on progress tasks, defects, and project plan updates and notifying the relevant program work stream lead and deployment lead of those requiring escalation
  • Comply with the program's frameworks and methodologies for project and program management
  • Contribute towards design and/or continuous improvement of the deployment team's tools, processes, training and other documentation
  • Perform additional assignments, responsibilities as requested by the Deployment Lead

Key skills and experiences:
  • 5+ years' experience as a deployment analyst
  • SAP implementation experience
  • FMCG background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including MS project
  • Understanding of SDLC and other Project Delivery Methodologies
  • Qualifications in relevant field (Preferred Technology or Engineering)
  • Experience supporting of SDLC and other Project Delivery Methodologies
  • Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to escalate and raise issues when tasks are falling behind
  • High attention to detail and organisation skills
