Our client is seeking project coordinator to lead the delivery of Information management including maintaining and updating strategy databases.
You will Implement and maintain good records and management systems for the team so TRIM skills are essential.

Other duties include:
Organising and contributing to meetings, capable of taking, drafting and finalising minutes that captures complex data that may be sensitive in nature.

Basic business skills:
  • Procurement and account management skills (SAP skills are also essential).
  • GIS skills for online mapping as well as mapping for internal reference and assessment. (not essential but an advantage).
  • Working with a diverse range of team members on interconnected project matters related to drafting of key reporting documents, letters and briefings.
  • Experience in NSW public sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
