Our client is a growing and looking for Project Managers to join the team. They will start in a 6 months contract, with a chance of extension.

Mining or manufacturing industries experience will be a differencial for this role!

The project manager will be responsible for:
  • Planning, execution and closing of any project and accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives.
  • Managing relationship with customers, vendors, prime contractors, sub-contractors and other relevant parties, by acting as the central point of contract within assigned projects, and by providing necessary direction to all parties; 
  • Creating delivery group structures, project initiation documentation (project plans, product breakdown structures and product flow diagrams) ensuring satisfactory project progress and appropriate consumption of project resources; 
  • All of the project management products;
  • Ensures that the solution is delivered on time and within budget; 
Project Responsibilities:
  • Produce Project Initiation Documentation & Resource Plan;
  • Produce Project Plan (Schedule);
  • Review Project and Release Plans;
  • Produce & Maintain Risk Management Plan;
  • Produce and Maintain Project Roles & Responsibilities;
  • Produce and Maintain Project Status Reports;
  • Maintain Project Issue Log;
  • Produce closure documentation (Lessons Report, Products Status Account, End Project Report)Maintain up to date project information in the IS&T project reporting tools
Key Consultant Criteria:
  • Facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the systems development and support lifecycle.
  • Ability to use influence and relationships to work with other (third party) teams
  • Ability to work in complex organization environments (ie matrix) and with remote teams
  • Ability to plan work to meet deadlines
  • Conflict resolution
  • Logical and structured decision making
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Able to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
