Primary Purpose
Large government organisation is seeking a Project Manager to lead an initiative to implement a new electronic document management system (EDMS). 

Key Accountabilities
This role will be required to project manage the successful implementation of the new EDMS. Specifically the project manager will need to:
  • Manage the collation of business requirements
  • Coordinate procurement processes around a new system
  • Manage all internal and external stakeholders including external vendors
  • Develop all required project documentation
  • Report project status to the Project Control Group (PCG) and stakeholders
  • Administer the project in accordance with Transformation and PMO requirements
  • Develop scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
 Experience with TRIM or ECM would be desirable.

Experience in NSW public sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
