This is a fantastic PM opportunity to run a full, end-end RFI / RFP process for the proposed implementation of a new HRIS system - Payroll + time & Attendance a specific focus.  The existing solution has been there for approx 8 yrs and it's now time to take a look and see if there's a more suited option within the Australian market.  There is full financial support from the business to look at their possible suiters. 

Necessity - You must have prior experience with leading such an implementation.  Our client are taking an open-minded and agnostic approach as to what'd suit best.

Core responsibilities / experience required:
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Ensure project(s) are implemented within the agreed constraints of schedule, user expectations and cost.
  • Prepare and/or manage the development of PM documentation e.g. Business Case, Risk/Issue/Decision management, Communication Plan, Success Criteria, Post Deployment Review, Project Reporting etc.
  • Prepare and/or manage the development of the documentation e.g. requirements, solution design, architectural documents, test plans/cases etc.
  • Develop as-is and to-be process maps.
  • Manage the full RFI / RFP process.
  • Manage Project Steering Committee
  • Identify process improvement & efficiency opportunities related to time & attendance, Payroll and on-boarding processes.
  • Communicate with and manage the expectations of stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Manage change component associated with projects e.g. training & cutover plans, support transition etc.
  • Manage financial governance of projects e.g. budgets, CER process
  • Experience delivering Payroll and Time & Attendance projects (preferably in the past 5 years)
  • Experience in a hospitality and/or retail IT environment - highly desirable
