Our Client

The Role

The Project Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Program Manager including scheduling meetings, agendas, minute taking, assisting with procurement activities and updating the project schedule.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive range of efficient project and administrative support
  • Assist in maintaining project registers which outline project issues, risk status and schedule
  • High-quality project records management systems and processes for the project are established and maintained
  • Proactive relationships are developed and maintained with internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills:
  • Strong experience working as a Project Officer/Administrator in an Enterprise Organisation
  • Significant administration and project support skills, including meeting coordination, preparation of agendas
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, specifically in writing and presenting information to senior stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel and MS Project experience
  • Previous Government experience would be advantageous
