New and exciting position for an experienced Project Stream Lead to join a dynamic team of like-minded people!

Responsibilities of the role:
The Project Stream Lead, Mobility & Visualisation will be accountable for organisation of all project related tasks, resources, time and people. The role will interface and guide project stream resources encompassing the following:
  • The role will provide supervision and direction of multiple initiatives in order to ensure achievement of Digital Program objectives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform liaison activities with upper management and stakeholders.
  • Advise on project plans, schedules, estimates and critical issues for each project within scope of the role.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to relevant contract negotiations in conjunction with the contract managers as required.
  • Support the development, communication, and maintenance of relevant, fit for purpose guidance notes and standards.
  • Contribute to cost-effective solutions for initiative delivery.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications as they relate to scope, performance, capacity, and capabilities to support delivery of outcomes
  • Mobilisation of resources to remote sites ensuring site entry requirements and qualifications are fulfilled.
  • Journey and fatigue management is also required to ensure resources are transported to site without any unmitigated safety risks.
  • Safety management is required strictly in accordance with well-defined procedures as concerns every aspect of health safety and environment.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
  • A pragmatic and timely approach to developing fit for purpose deliverables.
  • Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft project.
  • Good document writing skills.
  • Ability to manage the vendor and ensure they deliver to schedule.
  • Candidate should be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Good self-time management & prioritisation to ensure timely delivery and early indications of issues.
