As the front of house Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting a range of key stakeholders, managing multiple meeting rooms, organising catering, helping with events, managing the phones and providing an exceptional customer experience. Provide a range of administrative services consistent with icare's core values and to ensure effective support is given to the facilities team.

Summary of main responsabilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors according to company processes.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately.
  • Ensure that the the organiaations contact list is up to date.
  • Address a range of staff enquiries and provide support and assistance.
  • Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, organising catering and helping with events to ensure that they are successful.
  • Place coffee, lunch and catering orders as required.
  • Liaise with various vendor queries and provide support/solutions as necessary.
  • Provide a range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the team.
  • Assist the Office Services team as and when required.
