Our client, a Global player in the Telecommunications industry is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Lead with experience leading a service desk team within the Telco space

Key Area of Responsibility:
  • Reporting Analyst for Service Management including customer and platform SLA's metrics, KPI's.
  • Analyse, identify and report on trends.
  • Coordinate and provide reporting support to Supervisors, BSOC Manager and other internal entities.
  • Build any new adhock reports requested by VNOs or nbn
  • Build new report components in Reporting and Monitoring systems
Job Specification:
  • Degree in data analysis (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in an IT or Telecommunication data analysis position
  • Highly experienced in analysing, writing and presenting reports to customers.
  • Satellite and telco services reporting experience desirable.
  • Previous experience in Service Management or Business Operations environments are highly regarded.
  • PC experience in a Windows operating environment with strong typing ability
  • Related experience in Service Desk support preferred.
  • ITIL foundation Certificate
  • Solarwinds or Service Now or BMC Remedy Footprints Experience.
  • Excellent English both written and verbal. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
