The Business:

Our client is a rapidly growing software vendor who have grown from 41-150 people in the past 12 months. Their solution allows MSPs to manage their clients' networks efficiently and effectively. As more data, applications and business in general is conducted in the cloud it is now more important than ever to ensure MSPs know about issues before their clients so they can resolve them before there is an outage. 

The Opportunity: 

This is a first in country position, you will be responsible for helping set up the regional office, building out the presence in Australia, helping to hire and support a small team of sales and BD professionals, developing and executing business strategies and ultimately act as the face of the business in Australia. 

Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights - unfortunately, sponsorship is not an option at this point in time
  • Strong network within local Managed Service Providers and System Integrators (either sold into/through/worked in these environments) 
  • 8-10 years' experience in a sales individual contribution role and looking to step up OR 6-8 years' quota carrying experience with recent experience in sales management
  • A solid track record of quota achievement across your sales tenure 
  • High level of motivation and drive - you are known to be a self-starter and bring a positive attitude to work with you
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment - you have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent networking skills as well as a high level of customer service
  • Flexibility to travel, this role will see you on the road up to 50% of your time
