The Opportunity

As an SAP FICO Business Analyst - Accounts Payable,  you need to have strong FICO, A/P Automation experience alongside expertise working with Dolphin as an automation tool.   You will work independently on diverse projects while guiding more junior staff in Business Systems Analysis.

Role Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of five years of SAP configuration and implementation experience.
Experience configuring and supporting SAP FI and CO modules, specifically General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), AP Automation tool (e.g. Dolphin, Open Text kofax, etc.), Purchasing Integration, Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.
Working with Ariba for indirect procurement is preferred.
Have working experience with ABAP is desirable
Knowledge of the key integration points with other SAP modules and key design implications is required.
Experience configuring and supporting an A/P Automation technology is required (e.g. Dolphin PTS-AP, Open Text, Kofax Scanning solution).
Knowledge of SAP FICO in a Pharma environment is desired.
Strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processes is crucial.
Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential.
In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization is necessary; must be able to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing.
Ability to coach end-users is required. The proven ability to motivate self and others is necessary.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanour and work well independently is essential.
Proven ability to collaborate across the Company including the ability to manage and respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential.
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.
Experience in working global support model and flexible to support different regions.

Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer-based discipline is preferred
Over all SAP Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
Dolphin (PTS-AP): 2 years (Required)
SAP FICO, A/P Automation: 4 years (Required)
Ariba for indirect Procurement: 2 Years (Preferred)
