Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To act as a Design lead for SAP HR and Payroll solution for the customer
  • To act as SME for Success factors solution to be provided to the customer
  • Suggest solutions to customer based on best business practices so that Customer gets Business benefits by following the standard processes.
  • Assist in the design of business process descriptions.
  • Conduct implementation & training workshops: This is particularly required for Success Factors Power users and the guidance for end-user training. 
  • Provide guidance on business process functionality changes and doing fit-gap analysis vis-à-vis SAP HCM or SuccessFactors system.
  • Provide estimation on enhancement and change request and also experience is providing guidance to end-user documentation.
  • Provide guidance on test plan: How to test SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionality for the required Business processes and ensure that all scenarios are covered.
  • Conduct unit tests based on customer-defined scenarios.
  • Coordinate with SAP HR ECC Consultants for Integration requirements.
  • Provide Functional Specifications to the Technical team for any Customized developments. 

Skills /Competencies:
  • Have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and preferably have good knowledge of Australian Payroll.
  • Knowledge of having worked on enhancements and customization in SAP HCM is desirable.
  • Having hands-on experience on configuring SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) and at least couple of talent modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant Consulting experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM modules like PA, OM, Time and Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Australian Payroll, SuccessFactors modules like PMGM, LMS, Succession, Recruitment, Onboarding
  • Associate Certification in at least one of the modules in SucessFactors.
  • Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology is desirable.
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in configuring and testing to customer requirements
  • Experience with Data migration and Data Management activities in SF 
  • Experience defining, implementing and supporting HCM business process
  • Good Understanding of incident and change management Process.
