About the Client:
Our client is a CBD-based government department with a number of high-profile projects that require multiple resources to support the delivery of new functionality and upgrades to corporate systems to ensure sustainability. These systems will enable our client to efficiently develop and implement national policies, programs and initiatives to support and educate all Australians.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking multiple Scrum Masters to work on an exciting program which will support ongoing developments. You will assist your team to meet the outcomes required, coordinate activities and engage with a range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading your team, support the product owner and facilitate continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master
  • Ability to work within Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders
  • Experience with SAFE Agile
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Excellent communications skills
