We're looking for an experienced digital Agile SCRUM Master/Business Analyst to join a great team located in Melbourne's CBD. It will be an initial 6 months contract with the view to extend.

This person may currently be a SCRUM Master/Iteration Manager with a background as a Business Analyst, or could be a Business Analyst performing SCRUM Master duties and looking for that official step-up.

Either way, this is a HYBRID role where you need to wear multiple hats. If getting things done in a politics-free, flat structure drives you and you are not hung-up about titles - read on!

The Agile SCRUM Master/Business Analyst will plan and lead fortnightly sprints for a cross-functional team working closely with the Product Owner and Developers. The "voice of the customer" and customer centric design drives this business so you need to be passionate about HCD. You also need to be happy to roll-up your sleeves to define stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria and drive estimation sessions, retro's, groom backlogs etc.

 Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience as a SCRUM Master/Iteration Manager with a background as a Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and drive fortnightly sprints (sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, retrospectives, showcases)
  • Expeirence in a "new product" development environment - prototyping, MVP etc
  • Experience working within a digital environment (web, responsive and native mobile apps)
  • Ability to work and engage with different stakeholders such as UX Designers, Product Owners and Developers
  • Background in software development, technology businesses or start-ups.

This is a great, LEAN team committed to delivering outcomes - if you want to come to work, have fun and get things done then this is definitely the role for you.

Preference will be given to candidates with no notice who can commence mid-December or 7 Jan 2019.
