Talent International is working in partnership with a large organisation in assisting in sourcing a Section Manager on a long term contract role based at Gosford.

 Looking for candidates with extensive experience (5+ years) in change management strategy implementation, have strong presentation and communication skills and are passionate about developing people.

Essential skills and experience

·  Extensive Project Management experience

·  Previous experience in a similar program change management or senior change management role working in a large organisation;

·  Proven success as a team manager with the ability to grow and develop team members' capability, focusing on quality customer outcomes;

·  Extensive experience (5+ years) in developing and leading program change management teams for complex projects delivering business transformation initiatives.

·  Experience and knowledge of project management and change management principles, methodologies and tools.

·  Experience partnering and establishing credibility with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce change initiatives.

·  Workshop design and facilitation experience.
