A global provider in end to end IT Solutions requires an experienced Security Pre-Sales Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. This client thrives on innovation and change assisting their customers globally to become more efficient and reduce business risk.

As the Security Pre- Sales Architect you will be required to build the gap between sales and security, provide advice on operational security services and design solutions.

The Role:
  • Define client solutions to meet client requirements and is able to adapt to new requirements.
  • Identifies and evaluates value- add alternatives, solutions to those alternatives.
  • Ensures innovation is repeatable and contributes this collateral to solutioning community through appropriate forums.
  • Ensures detailed solution and architectural framework are aligned throughout pursuit lifecycle.
  • Considers client growth path, client scalability, client IT strategy and business impact.
  • Takes end to end view of solution, ensuring elements within their responsibility deliver against the defined business
  • outcomes, using standard components wherever possible.
  • Ensures solution compliance with company strategic direction.
  • Suggests solution approaches that add client value.
  • Works with financial analysts to validate results versus applicable criteria.
  • Captures and highlights risks and any associated costs.
  • Models multiple offerings/components of own tower.
  • Understands interaction of deal variables (volumes, services, service level agreements, locations, and more) between tower components.
  • Delivers and owns, accurate financial models that are logically structured and reflect the technical solution.

 The Successful candidate will have:
  • 8-12 years' experience in solution selling and/or consultative selling.
  • 10 to 15yrs of experience in the security domain
  • Preferably having any one of Security certifications like - CISSP, CCSP, CISA
  • Prior experience in Pre-Sales role involved in Cyber Security Solutioning and understands the ANZ Market. Experience of owning a number of complex ITT/RFI/RFP responses in competitive situations. Able to produce complete proposals for smaller engagements within own area of expertise
  • Involvement in architecting and proposing the cyber security solutions to customer, experience in Managed Security Services market.
  • Aware of information security and business risk management challenges and approaches
  • Be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of market dynamics, an industry area, commercial issues, and technical concerns whilst maintaining depth in core focus area.
