Due to unprecedented growth, new clients and internal promotions they are looking for a stellar Senior Account Manager to join them. You will be responsible for driving digital projects across one of the agency's key Technology/Consultancy clients, and autonomously taking on briefs.

You will be joining a kick-a*se account service team, while taking the next step in your career - build strong client relationships, build a team around each brief that you work on, and you'll be working closely with Account Directors, Strategists, Planners and Creatives as they continue to further your development in account management, production, planning, budgeting and reporting - allowing you to advance your core skills and fast track your career!

The role and you:

As Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for the day to day running of your account, managing the clients and maintaining client relationships, and fostering team growth..
  • Work closely with your line manager, creative teams and production teams in developing briefs, timelines and running day-to-day the projects
  • Manages reverse brief process with clients
  • Ensuring that the client is well informed at all times in the form of status updates and schedules
  • Manages client project debrief process
  • Build strong client relationships, as well as displaying an understanding of the client business to ensure that you can suggest the best solutions in relation to the briefs you are working on
To be successful for the role you will have:
  • Experience within an advertising agency environment
  • Passion for technology and digital advertising
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with a large range of stakeholders internally and externally
  • Positive and vibrant personality with a creative and "nothing is impossible" mindset.
  • Get involved with the clients and understand their business, their market and their competitors so that you are the expert they require.
