An exciting new opportunity has come up for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of Australia's top entertainment organisations as part of their Customer Loyalty team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Articulating business ideas, suggestions and problems and translating these technical terms into business requirements
  • Maintaining an understanding of each business unit and their operations
  • Create and maintain relationships between technology teams and business processes
  • Run workshops to elicit scope and requirements
  • Produce documentation, spec, test plans operational procedures, RFP's
  • Provide training
  • Execute tasks given by Project managers
  • Provide consultation to various tech and business teams
  • Be an SME for Customer Loyalty initiatives
Skills required:
  • Experience working with customer loyalty programs
  • 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally, have qualifications in commerce or technology
  • SDLC knowledge and business case development
  • Strong presentation skills
