My client is actively looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join the team. The Change Analyst will be responsible to perform -
  • Impact analysis and support business readiness and transition activities.
  • Acts as the pivotal link between the business unit (stakeholders) ensuring that organisation/business needs and requirements are understood by all solution delivery stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the change network ensuring that key messages and change activities are cascaded throughout the organisation
  • Solution (functional and non-functional) assessment and validation.
  • Defining business process test scripts
Experience Required
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business and/or change analysis, applied mathematics, engineering or business related discipline
  • Experience working in large complex projects with SAP ERP/EAM or similar. Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs and end to end business process development across a complex portfolio of initiatives in a federated or multi-sourced environment.
  • Experience in agile delivery of business outcomes and experience in ARIS (Architecture of Integrated
  • Information Systems) or similar process modelling solutions, with strong focus on stakeholder engagement, realisation of business benefits and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with business process improvement disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma and a solid understanding of value management techniques.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, with demonstrated ability to engage and interact professionally with a diverse range of business stakeholders and drive business change associated with technology solutions.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills are a must, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging, modelling)
  • Ability to manage meetings and workshops, and excellent inter-personal and communications skills, able to articulate complex issues clearly and effectively, both verbal and written.
