Our client is looking for a Senior Change Analyst to manage and drive the execution of change activities (end-to-end) required to deploy the change program for their internet banking platform. 

You will:
  • Development and execution of the OCM Delivery Program for the project detailing the overall change management approach and key activities including change readiness assessments.
  • Identify stakeholders, their roles and responsibilities
  • Create and deliver an appropriate stakeholder engagement and communication plan in conjunction with the SCM
  • Develop the Change Delivery Program to support the implementation of change to the business
  • Develop communications collateral applicable for the change, using a number of channels including emails, postcards, newsletters, leaders updates, yammer, online, video, presentations
  • Develop and execute the project communication plan / schedule
  • Undertake all business readiness activities in alignment with project delivery dates and milestones
The successful candidate will have:
  • Highly organised and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a high level of quality on all communications materials
  • Experience working on a technology driven project
  • Able to operate in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholder analysis, relationship and management skills
  • Able to analyse and understand highly detailed and complex processes and asses change impacts.
  • Proven strong oral, written and electronic communication skills, preferably with experience in facilitating workshops and driving outcomesUse Advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management tools, and working knowledge of SharePoint.
