Our client, a well-known Melbourne institution are seeking 2 x experienced Change and Communications Managers to work across large programs of work road mapped for multiple years.
Work in and alongside a well-established Change practice and be responsible for your own project/ programme.

Key responsibilities:
  • Shape communication, engagement and change plans and for the project
  • Drive the implementation of those plans, monitoring effects and refining to maximise outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement and management
  • Hands on working closely with project resources
  • Change and Communications Impact analysis and strategy planning
  • Training needs analysis and development of some learning and support materials and web content etc.

​Key skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience in Change and Communications Manager role in a large and complex envrionment
  • Proven skills designing and running internal/ external change campaigns
  • Salesforce/ Digital project experience an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand and analyse stakeholder needs and represent this in engagement planning
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding how people transition through change
