My client is a leader in the online entertainment and hospitality industry in Australia. They are looking at hiring a Senior CRM Strategist into their Sydney office who will become part of a business which is at the forefront of technology and innovation focusing on customer loyalty.

You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of their CRM based customer engagement platform.
 
  • You will define and execute the CRM plan
  • You will be able to create insights from the data and transform this into marketing strategy and into a go to market plan
  • You will need to understand how to map user journeys and how to develop marketing proposition for each customer segment
  • Analyse the customer insights from feedback and the customer satisfaction scores 
  • You will make sense of the customer data and then use this to map out and develop the user journey and make recommendations
  • Develop campaign road map
  • Assess early life cycle, retention, churn and re-activation
  • Help the business sustain and grow revenue through customer segmentation
  • Monitor and analyse campaign based metrics
  • Track the progress and results of customer campaigns
  • Design and execute customer campaigns based on previous campaign data
  • Work closely with the product teams
  • Identify and manage customer churn drivers
  • Identify and implement improvements to customer communications
  • Work with senior stakeholders within the business
Skills required:
  • Very strong background developing customer CRM segmentation strategy
  • Strong background with data-driven marketing and retention marketing strategy
  • Ability to optimise customer marketing campaigns
  • Strong background with customer retention campaigns
