Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing a Senior Communication Advisor on contract based in Parramatta.
Key Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate employee communications within a complex business recognised for its uniquely successful approaches to employee communications.
  • Proven track record for creating and successfully implementing a recognised, contemporary employee communications strategy for a large organisation (complex environment) along with the ability to quickly develop and or adapt effective communications to respond to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrates expertise in dealing with business partners at a strategic level, coaching and counselling them, and influencing leadership thinking in strategic employee communications.
  • Demonstrates an ability to apply communication theories and practice to achieve outcomes.
  • (PLC) in building partnerships and relationships across the organisation to drive the employee engagement agenda.
  • Excellent leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in NSW public sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
