As a UX Designer you will work within the Agile Team reporting to the Agile Delivery Manager in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting the UI elements of the client's software product suite. You will have a solid understanding of User Experience design patterns, Software Development design patterns and the ability to implement them efficiently and with a high level of quality.

Your work and responsibilities will include:
  • Working with the other UX/UI team members on developing a consistent UX design pattern across all of products
  • Development of UI components for software products as required by our business direction
  • Ensuring the quality of the overall solution provided by the team meets the expectations of the business and external clients
  • Ensuring compliance with and helping to enhance the style guide
  • Actively engaging in a cross functional Agile team 
As this role is an important team member in delivering a quality product, a UX Designer must be able to readily demonstrate:
  • Strong experience in UX Design
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including CSS/HTML5, Knockout/AngularJS, LESS/ Sass, Gulp, Bower
  • Excellent knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate to different levels in both verbal and written communications
  • Well-developed analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • The ability to work as part of an AgileTeam
  • Experience in newer technologies, although not a prerequisite, will be highly regarded.
