Our client is a leading eCommerce payments provider currently expanding their client base and in need of extra resources.

Your new role will see you supporting the Service Delivery Manager and engaging with a group of service customer and process owners across IT to achieve the best outcomes. Engaging with these service stakeholders you will be monitoring and reporting on service levels. In addition, you will be helping the business understand the service delivery processes and providing them with an end to end view of processes. Working as part of a tight and collaborative team you will be offered an opportunity to gain experience across a range of service delivery activities.

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in IT Service Delivery
  • ITIL foundation certification is essential
  • An ability to engage with a technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Payments or eCommerce experience is advantageous 
  • A broad understanding of the IT landscape
Our client is offering a contract opportunity through until May 2019 with the potential to extend. This role is CBD based, working as part of a friendly and busy environment.
