Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking to expand its service delivery team and improve support for their end users.

Your new role will see you supporting a Service Delivery Manager in improving adherence to SLA's across end user computing and service desk portfolios. The successful candidate will require excellent stakeholder engagement skills to be able to work closely with a range of technical and business stakeholders. You will also be liaising with managed service providers on a regular basis and managing their delivery.

Skills and Experience:
  • Solid experience as a Service Delivery Analyst in complex environments
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/O365 governance
  • Demonstrated experience managing asset lifecycles
  • End User Computing experience
Our client is currently offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension based in the Melbourne CBD.
