As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be joining a large team of dedicated resources to ensure the service delivered to each and every customer is of the highest standard. You will be responsible for all activities related to your relevant program, as well as planning and assisting the Account General Manager in returning profitable growth for the account.

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experiences:
  • Minimum of 10 years industry experience within a telco environment
  • Currently in a customer facing role as a Service Delivery Manager
  • Demonstrate experience in financial management over $1M-3M (forecasting, revenue/cost management (Profit/Loss accountabilities etc)
  • Proven experience in negotiating, drafting, executing and overseeing commercial agreements
  • Demonstrated experience in Negotiation skills (specifically in resetting client expectations, realigning SLA/KPI's, charging for new/existing services etc)
  • Demonstrated experience in writing business cases, proposals, statement of works, sales collateral, service catalogues etc.
  • Proven experience in establishing and or running Continuous Improvement Programs / Transformation / Transitions with customers or internal business units
