Our client is an iconic Australian company seeking to strengthen their Service Design team.

Your new role will see you supporting the Service Design team in addressing a backlog of work to help them meet new project requirements. Working across a range of projects you will be identifying the level of criticality required for services, determining non-functional requirements for services and designing support practices. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across several key projects for this large enterprise business.

Skills and Experience:
  • Good knowledge and demonstrated experience in Service Design
  • Enterprise organisation experience
  • An ability to work across multiple projects
  • Service Management experience (ideally experience within ServiceNow)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension starting as soon as possible.
