Contract opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst opportunity to join on a 6 month contract based in the South Eastern suburbs. 
Key responsibilities of your new role include:
  • Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
  • Provide 1st level support
  • Follow all specific procedures as outlined by Team Leader
  • Administer routine administrative functions and provide reporting as required
  • Remain technically proficient across range of changing technologies
  • Identifying and utilising internal sources to assist in the resolution of logged issues
  • Provide technical advisory service to internal and external customers and staff
  • Roughly 50 calls a day
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 12 months proven experience in customer service / helpdesk role
  • Experience in ITIL
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows XP Operating System
  • Exposure to Windows, Exchange, Active Directory
  • Exceptional communication skills
