We have an exiting opportunity for a Service desk Support Analyst (Entry level) to join this highly reputable organisation located in the CBD for an initial 6 month contract. 

You will be responsible for Level 1 Service desk Support and your role will focus on troubleshooting applications in a timely and efficient manner.  You must be comfortable dealing with clients over the phone and resolve issues at level 1, coupled with exceptional communication and time management skills.

 You will be trained on the job and work with an awesome team leader who is known for his ability to nurture his team members, coach and develop Service Desk Analysts. All we ask for is a keen to learn attitude, strong work ethic, some background in IT (education) and a solid drive to start your career and develop yourself in IT.

 To be successful you must have:
  • A qualification in IT - College or University degree
  • Some experience working in a customer service driven role (with some experience providing customer support on the phone) working for a medium to large sized company
  • Support experience in a fast paced environment  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid time management skills
Technical skills (conceptual knowledge is fine):
  • AD, Exchange
  • Windows 7
  • Office 2010/13
