Our client is a leading organisation in the Defence space now seeking a Level 1/2 Help Desk Support Specialist to assist on a new program of work.

Your new role will see you responsible for providing level 1 and 2 help desk support in an autonomous role. Being the sole provider of support you will be helping defense personnel address basic IT issues. This will include addressing log in issues, testing systems and the installation of desktop solutions. Being a new program of work for the business, our client is looking for someone with exceptional customer service and the ability to operate autonomously.

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience providing first and second level help desk support
  • A demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent customer service
  • An ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft Windows Client OS products, apps, installations and deployments
Our client is offering an initial 6 week contract with the view to extending beginning in the new year. Candidates must be Australian Citizens to be considered.
