Working on our client's international IT Service Desk provides Remote Service Desk Support. This contract role will require solid phone skills, as over 70% of time is spent resolving problems over the telephone; the remainder is spent resolving problems that are received via other means. The role will involve shift work which could include weekends etc. 

Must speak Mandarin to be considered for this role.


Skills required:
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications, working LAN/WAN knowledge and other common desktop software.
  • Prefer additional experience with laptop computers and mobile software. 
  • Solid understanding of installation and overall desktop business support. Troubleshooting / analytical ability essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills, self starter, and ability to work with all support levels and interface with customers at all levels within the organisation. 
  • Ability to follow written procedures / security guidelines is essential. 
  • Solid phone skills, over 70% of time is spent resolving problems over the telephone, remainder is spent resolving problems that are received via other means.
