Multiple IT Service Desk Support Officer contract roles available for a client based in the Northern Suburbs, including an urgent 9-week contract, and a 5 month contract. 

To apply for this role you will need the following skills and experience to be considered:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a help desk or customer service support environment for minimum of 4 years.
  • PC Software and Hardware installation experience in a network environment.
  • PC Support experience.
  • Availability to work on-call and after hour support.
  • Minimum qualification of ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems experience.
  • Microsoft Office suite experience eg. MS Office products.
  • E-Mail software support experience eg. MS Exchange
  • Active Directory experience eg. Network user set-up
  • Remote assistance support experience.
  • Printers / Multi-Function devices troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in the management and support of smartphones and devices.
  • Drivers Licence is required as technical support will require some travelling to off-site offices.

  • Experience in a Desktop application and SOE deployment.
  • Experience in diagnosing Hardware and Software problems.
  • Office 365 administration experience.
  • Administering Cisco call manager e.g. configuring cisco IP phone.
  • Meeting room AV support experience.
  • Microsoft Certifications e.g. Windows10 (MCP)
  • Air-watch MDM experience (Mobile device management)
  • Dual Monitor stand installation and set-up
