Primary purpose of the role

Our client, a large Government Department requires multiple Support Analyst to join their team.
Support Analyst will involve in inbound call management, level 1 trouble shooting for basic hardware, software and network issues this role is ideal for someone who has some background in customer service or phone support as you will be supporting in a busy call centre environment. 

Key accountabilities
  • The position will work within a team of Level 1 analyst on rotating shifts covering 24/7 hour operations and on call.
  • The Service Desk Support team has the overall aim of achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that client Service Levels, specified within their Service Level Agreements.
 Essential requirements
  • Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work as a team
  • An ongoing commitment to proactively participate in the business Performance Management Process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in MS Office, Windows and Active Directory (not mandatory as training will be provided).
