Primary Purpose
The contractor will develop future capabilities by building strong pipelines of entry level and future leadership talent; and proactively growing and managing talent pools of candidates in line with our future workforce plan. The role has responsibility for end to end management of the graduate, scholar and intern programs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Work in conjunction with the People Engagement Partners and business leaders to determine the talent needs for graduates, scholars, interns and other future leadership requirements.
  • Determine and implement a strategy to engage with universities and the general labour market to identify and attract the required talent, with an emphasis on identifying future leaders
  • Implement a best in class recruitment and selection campaign and represent at industry and campus events to deliver an effective pipeline of talent.
  • Provide managers with the appropriate talent development tools and coach them in their use to ensure future leaders are supported in their programs.
  • Maintain proactive talent pools on future and niche capabilities for the business consistent with the workforce plan.
Key challenges
  • Tertiary level qualification in a relevant people oriented discipline or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired through practical experience
  • Some understanding of workplace learning and talent development
