Our client is a leading telco provider with an innovative service desk environment.Your new role will see you responsible for providing clerical, administrative assistance to two managers and their wider teams. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Diary management, meeting coordination and prioritisation of critical activities in support of the GM
  • Co-ordination of recruitment and on-boarding activity for new employees
  • Arrange travel and be the central point of contact for all travel bookings
  • Produce Reports and Presentations
You will need:
  • Experience in an Administrative role supporting senior managers and their teams
  • Experienced in planning, coordinating and following through on projects
  • Worked in a professional organisation and team-based environment
  • Worked in an environment where time management, quality, and proactive operations are required
