Talent International is excited to be working in partnership with a leading national Telecommunications company who is seeking a Team Coordinator, located in North Sydney.

You will support the GM Information & Analytics by providing diary management, and provide administrative support to the wider CDO team. The role reports to the Head of Business Operations and is key to ensuring the smooth running of the CDO business area including office management activities.

The Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the GM Information & Analytics and the CDO team for meetings, workshops, steering groups, venues and special events across Melbourne, Sydney and other locations
  • Prepare the weekly leadership team meeting agenda, record, actions, arrange presenters and ensure that materials required are of adequate quality.
  • Prepare monthly agendas and record actions for Key forums as required
  • Assist the Business Operations Resource Co-ordinator as required with on-boarding activities for resources
  • Manage the workplace environment requirements for the CDO team, maintain distribution lists and organisation structures to ensure targeted communication occurs
  • Support the CDO Operations team in driving initiatives to maintain the CDO Engagement levels including communications and event planning
About You:
  • Ideally you will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft suites - particularly outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priories
  • Ability to manage complex diaries/calendars
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
