Our client an Adelaide based IT Services business is looking to hire a Customer focused Technical Lead. This Technical Leadership role is a senior position in the Service Delivery Management team primarily responsible for the delivery of managed services to one or more clients.

Desired Skills / Experience:
  • Prior experience working as the primary customer contact for service related issues and escalations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer outcomes for service requests. 
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused technical leadership role providing end to end services from technical pre-sales to delivery and handover
  • Strong experience across server and storage environments, messaging, virtualisation and networking
  • Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships
