Our client has a successful product on a global scale. They have a head office in Melbourne and are looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead a team of Field Technicians and Maintenance staff. You will provide leadership and direction to the team to repair, maintain and install the client product (field equipment) to ensure the completion of all maintenance works in accordance with contractual requirements and client expectations.

To apply for this position you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in a similar role with a background in Electronic Engineering
  • Experience coordinating and management of operational activities for a team of Field Technicians
  • Experience with forecasting and resource maintenance
  • Experience with service delivery and be able to implement and audit productivity, quality and customer service standards
  • Experience managing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience with WHS to ensure the safety of all employees and contractors.
  • Significant people management experience.
  • Experience working with tight SLA and KPI agreements with a client
  • Current full drivers license
