3 Months Contract

Key Criteria:
  • Extensive Help Desk experience in a large organisation.
  • Enthusiasm counts so we would consider graduates that are keen to kick start their career in the IT support filed. A reasonable understanding of IT principles is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good 1st level knowledge of IT systems and networking.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (IT Service Management processes).
  • Immediate availability required and you must have excellent communication skills.
