The client & role:
As an IT Support Officer you will provide Level 2 and 3 IT support to end users within a geographical distributed office.

Key duties:
  • Providing Level 2 and 3 support within the office environment.
  • Manage hardware and application requests and support queries.
  • Installation and maintenance of all IT equipment used within the corporate environment, including but not limited to desktops and computer room equipment.
  • Ensure hardware maintenance processes and documentation of required repairs.
  • Participate in the development of solutions to meet business needs, and support cross technology process improvement initiatives.
Experience / Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in providing technical IT support in corporate organisations especially in a geographically distributed team.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge in supporting desktops, switches, routers and other IT equipment that supports the office environment.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 environments.
  • Commercial use supporting MS Office 2010/2013/2016.
  • Experience working in ITIL environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills is absolutely essential where this position will involve phone/email support.
  • Must have C class driver licence
