As part of a small team, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent judgement, great attention to detail, an ability to prioritise tasks within a dynamic work environment, and stakeholder management skills. 

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Aptitude for learning, in depth, unfamiliar applications in order to develop, proofread and revise communication and training artefacts
  • Some experience with policy development
  • Planning, delivering and facilitating stakeholder workshops and activities
  • Working closely and collaborating with program counterparts to understand business processes in order to communicate this information to stakeholders
  • Developing training and support material including plans, technical artefacts
  • Compiling governance papers and providing secretariat support for high level committees and working groups
  • Preparing briefs and support documents such as Ministerial and Senate Estimates briefings

Essential Criteria to include:
  • Previous experience creating Communication and Training Artefacts for stakeholders
  • Plan, deliver and facilitate stakeholder workshops and activities

Desirable Criteria to include:
  • Training Stakeholders prior experience and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Previous experience preparing of briefs and support documents such as Ministerial and Senate Estimates briefings
  • Secretariat support for senior committees and working groups, particularly in the area of IT development
