Our client is a large government department, with offices throughout Canberra, tasked with delivering a range of services that provide health, welfare and support services to Australians. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that will improve the department's corporate systems and enable them to positively impact the lives of Australians.

About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Technical Writers to assist an enterprise incident and problem management team to meet ongoing requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess high-level technical proficiency and experience in technical writing, with a strong understanding of ITIL incident and problem management processes.

Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience delivering technical documentation
  • Ability to quickly grasp and translate complex technical concepts
  • Well developed knowledge of ICT infrastructure and/or solution architecture
  • Highly developed writing skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Understanding of and ability to apply ITIL incident and problem management processes and practices
  • Experience using HP Service Manager

It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and either hold or have the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
