Opening this search to NSW and VIC for a Senior Level Transformational Change Manager with Financial Services/Commercial experience to relocate or come home to Brisbane!
 
My client who is a top Financial Services brand in Australia nationally are looking for a high level Change Management professional for a 12 month Fixed Term role in Brisbane.
 
Unlike a lot of other Fixed Term roles - the Remuneration Package for this role is comparable to Daily Rate contract positions.
 
The change management practice at this client needs to be assessed and reinforced across the business starting with the senior leadership team. They will want someone capable of applying a structured methodology and lead the change management activities and who will apply the correct processes and tools to create a strategy to ensure the changes are adopted.
 
This will also involve ensuring that the Change Management communications are designed, developer and delivered correctly and putting correct training programs in place.
 
Requirements of the candidate:
 
  • You must be a Change Management Professional, not using Change Management as part of your role
  • Commercial experience as opposed to Government is ideal (Ideally Banking/Finance)
  • A strong understanding of the Change Management processes, principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in managing a team of Change Managers is essential
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with listening ability
  • Ability to present and articulate messages to all levels of audience
  • Relationship building ability
  • Top level influencing skills and to get teams on a common goal
  • Strong organisational skills with strong planning and tactical focus
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the organisational issues and challenges
  • Prosci is essential
 
This is a high level role and will be suitable to someone more on the Business Change Management side as opposed to the IT/ITIL side.
