The role
You will be responsible for the system and administrative support for the Records Management System. It is a 6 months contract role with possible extensions.

You will be responsible for
  • Provide first and second level support for EDRMS
  • Daily EDRMS monitoring and administration maintenance activities
  • Create, manage and monitor user profiles and permissions
  • Troubleshoot, resolve or refer any system administration, user experience or integration issues.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure integrity and accountability
  • Provide advice and training
  • Plan and deliver tailored follow up training
You will have
  • Experience with EDRMS administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills, including the ability to schedule own tasks, work with minimum guidance
  • Experience in HP Records Manager (HPRM/TRIM) administration and application management
  • Excellent customer service skills with the proven ability to initiate and implement practice improvements for the betterment of the service
