An experienced Business Analyst/ Technical Analyst with strong communication skills required to undertake complex business analysis and understand system design.  

You will be responsible for
  • Review and develop a common Business Classification Scheme
  • Review user profiles / record types required and apply to TRIM
  • Conduct testing in UAT environment
  • Liaise with business users, vendors, and service providers
  • Interact with Business Systems Transformation team to translate business and operational requirements
  • Develop user profile / record type matrix that is easy to apply and maintain within TRIM
  • Report and provide briefings on recommendations and solutions implemented
You will have
  • Demonstrated experience in providing business analysis in the area of EDRMS
  • Extensive experience with TRIM - ideally 8.3
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience liaising with vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills, including the ability to schedule own tasks, work with minimum guidance
