The client in question are using gamification to change the way people interact with the medical and health industry in Australia. They do this by providing real rewards and exciting game play combined with simple intuitive instructions to make sticking to a life changing schedule the easy choice every day. 

They partner with stakeholders to deliver to their customers to improve lives and create financial value for all involved.

What will you be doing?
  • Collect user feedback, review user experience, feed it back into the product
  • Make Improvements and co-developing features
  • Engage with rewards providers and source in-app content to keep the user experience interesting
  • Develop initiatives focused on user on boarding and retention
  • Support users with our product and help identify potential issues
  • Create processes and protocols to embed the best experience possible
