Our client is a Senior Vendor Negotiation / Contract Lead to oversee the management of contracting and procurement services and lead + manage teams under tight timeframes.
 
  • Vast commercial and contract management experience and tertiary qualifications in a legal and/or commercial discipline.
  • Strong experience in, and knowledge of, commercial, procurement, privacy and legal requirements, together with excellent drafting skills,  to support preparing and negotiating commercial and customer agreements.
  • Extensive experience in providing commercial advice in a project environment, and within a large and complex organisational, government and IT environment. This includes working effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying and determining appropriate responses to risks and issues.
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills, to ensure that commercial and privacy deliverables are managed to meet project timeframes and that all documentation is appropriately documented and tracked.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including, excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively with both internal and external parties.
